I Gotta Make 2 WordPress Themes!
March 31st, 2010

I just remembered that my friend asked me to edit her wordpress theme for her. The past week, I was actually making a new theme for her but I suddenly got lazy. I think I need more inspiration. As usual, I got hooked on watching cartoons, anime and reading manga. Yesterday I was looking for some wordpress templates to edit and luckily, I found some nice ones. I know a lot of bloggers are downloading a lot of wordpress themes because they are very easy to install and edit. Actually, there some awesome premium wordpress themes out there that are free! Awesome isn’t?

Oh shoot! I gotta make two new themes for 2 wordpress blogs — both are not mine. But it seems that I need more inspiration!! As much as I want to make and finish two themes within this week, it seems impossible.

I have to finish watching all Kim Possible seasons because lately I have been reading Gakuen Alice over and over again for the nth time and I can’t seem to get over it! My heart feels broken because I don’t want Mikan to leave Natsume and go with her mother. I wish Natsume (and Ruka) would go with both of them since he promised to protect her. I’ve always thought, if I were to choose which anime or manga I’d like myself to exist, even though I have a lot of favorites, I’d choose Gakuen Alice. Of course, I’d take the role of Mikan. :) I’ve always wished to live in a different world, their world. I know, I’m weird but … *sigh* … Okay I should stop, I’m feeling depressed.

Hopefully I’d be inspired soon and be able to start making those two wordpress themes :)

I Want A New Cellphone!
March 28th, 2010

I think almost all the people owns a mobile phone. I mean, who doesn’t own a cellphone?! Well, I know one who doesn’t — My mom’s friend, Anne. She said she doesn’t want to be disturbed by anyone. It’s really hard to contact her. The only way to contact her is through her home and office landline.

Mobile phone are a must have to everyone, it’s a way to communicate with our family, relatives, friends, etc. Even my 8 year old cousin owns a cellphone! Accidents and emergencies are unpredictable so it’s better to carry our cellphones whenever and wherever.

I remember when I first own a cellphone during 6th grade, it was a Nokia 5110! I really love my cellphone back then because it had a pink hello kitty cover. Even though cellphones weren’t allowed in our school, almost all the students brought theirs and kept in either on their bags and pockets. I remember one of my classmates that bought her phone from uk mobile phones shop. It was a birthday gift from her mother. It was totally cute!

During high school, all of us were keeping our cellphone in our locker, underwear, socks, bags and air-conditioner. I remember during one of our exams, the teacher had a surprise inspection! My cellphone was in my pockets at that time, without thinking I put it inside my undies in an instant! Good thing my cellphone was very thin and small. I think it was a Nokia 6230. The teacher checked both of my pockets and I’m safe! Whew!

Back then, cellphone was a status symbol but nowadays it’s a necessity. I have rich friends and relatives who owns a normal cellphone just as long as they can send/receive text messages, email, MMS and browse the web. Some teenagers wants to buy a very pricey and high-tech cellphone to show off to their friends. They even brag that they bought it in a uk mobile phones shop. I used to see some teenagers in the mall showing off their cellphones to the people around them which was very annoying, their cellphones wasn’t all that high-tech! Mine was better! Ha!

I’ve seen a lot of mobile phones shop and it’s really tempting to buy a new cellphone. I really want to buy a new phone for my other postpaid sim card but I’d rather wait for a new one that has better upgraded specs. That’s why right now I’m saving my money but sometimes I’m really tempted to buy other things. Oh, I forgot, I’ll start to find a job. So hopefully I’ll be able to save a lot of money. :)

Gotta Check Them into Rehab
March 26th, 2010
comment

According to statistics, there are still reports of drug and alcohol addiction to children, teenagers and adult. I sometimes see street children carry a plastic bag with them and inhaling it every now and then which  really scares me a lot. I know a lot of people, including me, wants to help them by putting them in drug rehab centers but won’t dare go near them because they might do something bad.

I was with my mom and her friend the other day listening to her friend’s stories. There was this neighbor of theirs, he’s blind and he is addicted to drugs. He sometimes throws his poop and pee all over the street which really stinks so bad. There were times that his poop was thrown on their veranda too. He’s totally insane! She said they wanted him to undergo an addiction treatment but they’re scared to confront him that he might do something violent. I wonder what is his family doing and they’re just letting him be.

Those kind of people must undergo  drug rehabilitation programs. I really pity them. I know a lot of people wants to help them but they can’t. Of course they have their own family and personal problems as well. But I think all rich people must somehow act and donate or something to help those kind of people that needs treatment since they have a lot of money. I do hope that all illegal drugs will cease to exist in the future.

Know More About Insurance
March 17th, 2010
comment

If you’ve been thinking whether or not to get an insurance; car insurance, life insurance, home insurance, etc. Well, I advice you to get one. It’s for your future and everyone’s future. I didn’t know the importance of insurance at first. But when I searched the web about the need and importance of an insurance, I found out that insurances, especially life insurance, are very important.

You  also have to educate yourself about these kind of things. My mom, who is a certified life insurance agent, took me to her insurance company’s place and  there I’ve learned a lot about the importance of getting a life insurance. Some people may think that getting an insurance is just an addition to their expenses, well think again! Without an insurance, you or your family won’t be able to get anything. Think about it.

I really have a hard time focusing on things that I really have to do. I remember way back college, whenever our professor is discussing about a certain topic, I think about other stuffs and just doodle on my notebook. Even when I try to focus real hard, my mind will suddenly wander off to dreamworld. If you’re like me, then we really need to improve focus! Let’s read articles on how to improve our concentration and focus! Let’s all be a good listener and observer!

I Need An Answer
March 15th, 2010
comment

I have been searching for online jobs for quite some time now. I really don’t know what job will suite me. I major in Culinary Arts. I like to cook but I’m not that very passionate. I can’t handle being in the kitchen for so long. I really regret not taking IT or Comsci because computer is my passion — I can’t live without it! I was afraid of taking IT because I heard there are a lot of math involved, that’s why I backed out. But I do hope to find a job that I really like. I’ve been searching for a questions and answers website that has career topics. I’ve found out on answergator.com that the best jobs for grads would be; accounting, medical careers, vetinary careers, jobs in marketing, and computer-related jobs. I really do hope a company would hire me for my computer skills. I’m a quick learner when it comes to computers. =)

I Miss My Piano Lessons
March 11th, 2010

I remember my mom always took me to my piano tutor at Yamaha after school every other day when I was still on grade school. People say that if you have long fingers, it’s best to take piano lessons. I stopped taking piano lessons when my piano school was relocated far from our home. My mom was busy from work, so she can’t accompany me if it was that far. I really envy people who are good at playing the piano; I sometimes wish that I was good as them. My mom gave our piano to my cousins, so I didn’t have the chance to practice anymore.

One of my cousins is kinda good at playing the piano, but he stopped a year ago. His parents keeps telling him to practice at least thrice a week. His siblings are helping him by letting him watch online piano lessons since it’s free. The last time we have visited their place, we heard him play the piano and we can all tell that he improved a lot. Then my mom regretted that she didn’t continue my piano lessons. Well, maybe the piano wasn’t meant for me at all. But I think it’s cool to know how to play one or two instruments.

How about you? Do you play the piano? What instruments can you play?

Need A Pro Translator?
March 10th, 2010
comment

My mom and I went to her bestfriend’s house the other day to visit her because it’s been a long time since we last visited. When we arrived, she was still teaching her “students”.  She’s been tutoring grade school, high school and college students for the past 10 years and counting. She was kind of having a hard time teaching French and Spanish languages to her high school and college students, but she’s clearly trying her best to teach them how to pronounce and translate it correctly by having a conversation with each other. My mom and I didn’t understand a word they’ve said.

After her tutor session, she and my mom talked for some hours about their life, job, children, etc. I borrowed their computer for a while and surf the world wide web. I saw one of my Aunt’s — I call my mom’s best friends Auntie — tests for her students like French, Chinese and Spanish. Since I can’t understand any word, I searched for  an online language translation dictionary to know the meaning, but I had a hard time since I have to type one word. I somehow wanted to answer the test, so I tried to use an online language translator generator, but still no good because the result is not that accurate.

While searching the web, I came across a very interesting website, translia.com. You can ask real people to translate everything for you! They use real translators to translate a language to your target language. That’s very awesome because the result will be very accurate since it came from a real experienced person, and not just from a software/program generator. Registration is 100% free too! They guarantee 100% customer satisfaction that you don’t have to pay until you’re satisfied. Other translation services are very expensive, but Translia offers you a very affordable and quality translation service.

I told my mom’s best friend about this, and she might consider trying their service if ever she has the money because she’s currently saving some money for her two son’s tuition fee. I hope this have helped the readers as well. If you’re having trouble with any language or have a homework regarding “translating-this-language-to-that-language”, you might want to try translia.com’s service. =)

LOL yeah I just transferred to a new host again — ME! =D Since my cousin has her own hosting website — I didn’t know until the other week coz I have accidentally read her emails from her clients. Bwahaha! — I told her I’m going to purchase a reseller from her. No discount though. She’s not that kind of person. Haha. *peace cuz* She doesn’t have a blog since she’s very busy with work. My hosting site is at supahstar.net HAHAHA! I actually wanted ohbubble.net, but the “oh” is kinda common already. Yo, I didn’t make this to compete with my online friends ~ Let’s just say… it’s an “extra” hosting site. lol. And I also might host my other site/s in the future ^^~

Thank you oh-rainbow for hosting me back then! I can’t change my nameservers to the new one, so I decided to buy from my cuz asap. I kinda need to get aishit3ru.org back online because my payments are on hold >< *DESPERATION*

Ja~
