We all know that plastic bags is very harmful to the environment, especially to animals. Plastic bags are non-biodegradable. It will take about a thousand years for decomposition. If we burn it, it will cause toxic fumes in the air. Animals die because of plastic bags too. How? Well, a lot of animals ingest plastic bags thinking it’s food. Seriously, I think who ever invented plastic bags, didn’t care about the planet!

Good thing there’s a Self-healing polymeric material that is both reusable and durable!  Now we don’t have to worry about plastic waste. I do sure hope this will be the answer to our plastic waste problems!

I have this friend of mine, whenever she buys something that she can carry in her bag, she returns the plastic to the counter. That’s how she’s helping the environment. We should also do the same.
